He has set many acreage sale records in Kellyville and in Rouse Hill.  Marketing projects we have been involved with have been 91 townhouses in FAIRWAY DRIVE, and 11 townhouses in KELLYVILLE RIDGE. In the second half of 2016 - 90% of all our land stock was sold at record prices - namely 2 Hillview Road, North Kellyville,14 x 500 m2 lots, No. 12 and 19 Arnold Ave , Kellyville where we sold 30 x 700 m2 lots and then 9 x 700 m2 lots at 3 FAIRWAY Drive - the last one selling for $1,202,000 for 940 m2.
